VINIFICATION, ELEVAGE :<\/h3>\n

Our Unique white wine is made using traditional
\nmethods, from young vines. The grapes are harvested by
\nhand, without destemming.
\nThis is followed by direct pressing. Fermentation is
\ntemperature-controlled and lasts 15 to 20 days. The
\nwines are aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months before
\nbeing bottled.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

TASTING :<\/h3>\n

Liveliness, elegance and balance are the words that
\ncharacterize our Vin de France L’unique blanc.
\nThe nose is marked by citrus and fruit freshness. The palate
\ncombines aromatic intensity and length with a lovely
\nvivacity. A hot but not scorching summer followed by a
\nfew rainy spells has given this wine perfect balance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
