VINIFICATION :
Maceration for 25 days in concrete vats. Completely destemmed.

BREEDING :
6 months in concrete tanks. Bottling takes place in the spring.

TASTING :
The terroir on which our vines grow allows us to produce a high-quality Côtes-du-Rhône. This wine has notes of red fruit and garrigue, and is full-bodied and rounded. We recommend drinking it within the next 3-4 years.
